Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Datalinkbox enrollments confirmed by invoice or written confirmation. Website pricing pages are informational and do not create a purchase by themselves.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must be received in writing at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the cohort start date stated in your confirmation. Requests after that point are evaluated for partial refunds only.

Full and partial refunds

If you cancel fourteen or more days before start and have not received downloadable cohort materials beyond the public syllabus, you receive a full refund of tuition paid. Cancellations between thirteen and five days before start may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. Cancellations inside five days, no-shows, and mid-cohort withdrawals are not refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if any), custom on-site travel booked at your request, and completed private workshops are non-refundable. Seat transfers to a named colleague in the same company may be allowed once without fee if requested before the cohort starts.

Refund process

Email [email protected] with subject “Refund request,” your full name, enrollment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies for full, partial, or no refund.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval using the original payment method when possible. Bank timelines may add additional days after we initiate the transfer.

Cancellation by Datalinkbox

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid. We are not responsible for incidental travel costs unless agreed in a separate written arrangement.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government-imposed travel restrictions may be considered for goodwill partial refunds or deferrals outside the standard schedule, at Datalinkbox’s reasonable discretion and without creating a standing exception for future enrollments.
